Order Processing Times

Ordering processing times are separate from the shipping times customer see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Black Tie Protocol uses simple flat rate shipping within the United States only.

FREE Shipping or discounted shipping are only available through promo codes or when specified. 

Black Tie Protocol uses the United States Postal Service Flat Rate Shipping which takes 3-5 days. 

The main packages used are:

• Flat Rate Envelopes

• Small, Medium and Large Flat Rate Boxes. 

 

Black Tie Protocol does not offer Local Delivery or In-Store Pickup unless extenuating circumstances arise and arrangements have been made.

The site does not offer International Shipping.

How Do I Check the Status of my Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@blacktieprotocol.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

If you need shipping to a P.O. Box, please contact us before ordering so we may establish a proper shipping lane to you. Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.
